QuantizePay offers a 14-day refund period from the date of the first subscription payment for new customers who are not satisfied with the platform. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment with your account details and reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
After the initial 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. Transaction-based fees (the percentage of processed turnover) are non-refundable once transactions have been processed.

QuantizePay is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods and no shipping involved. Upon successful subscription, access to the QuantizePay platform and dashboard is provisioned within 1 business day.
Onboarding is conducted through a structured process that includes email-based account setup, access to our customer portal, and a dedicated online setup session with a member of the QuantizePay team. We aim to have all new customers fully operational within 5 business days of account creation.

QuantizePay collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information collected includes account registration details, payment and billing information, transaction data processed through the platform, and usage analytics.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This involves Google placing cookies in your browser when you visit our site. No personally identifying information is shared with Google through this tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes, other than as described above for advertising measurement. Data is stored on secure Australian or equivalent-jurisdiction servers. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].

QuantizePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
